This process is stressful and I'm so grateful for all the hard work that went on in the background. Mary and her team helped me every step of the way.
The appraisal wasn't on time and the appraisal service used miscalculated the appraisal and didn't want to make any changes. Closing delayed due to late appraisal from the lender which made closing date late by 1 week.
