Some questions and issues were either slow in answering or resolving and in some instances the explanation was not satisfactory. Not necessarily the fault of the employees more likely policy issues.

Mary did a wonderful job of communicating and keeping me updated every step of the way. My client had some road blocks but she helped them to get through those challenges and made sure they were able to get to that Clear to Close in the end....
