Very engaging from the beginning. Smooth transaction and close on time.
Very unresponsive and forgetting/changing things even on day of closing, requiring us to resign a lot of things. Still trying to get a hold of your office post closing to answer some questions, both called and e-mailed and got no responses....

Your concierge team called me and told me they would help get my utilities on for me. They not only then didn’t do that but didn’t bother to tell me they didn’t do it and I had no power or water on move in day
