We wanted to move from Pennsylvania to New Hampshire and Marleen was very helpful in finding a loan for our credit score and everything was completed online. Any questions we had were answered promptly, even on weekends.

I would suggest for those like to get the pre-approved letter. Quick response and return. The whole process is pretty much dealing on line, we did not have a chance to meet her. We could not get enough time to prepare the paperworks for loan...

Hi I am sorry you did not get a chance to meet me and have me do your financing! We do offer FHA loans with a 580 score now!
