Very clear instructions throughout the process. The only improvement I suggest is to send instructions on wire transfer 2-3 days ahead. I got the wire instructions 2 weeks before closing so I forgot I had them. I also didn't get the amount...

The app just booted me to a webpage . so reallly the app was a gateway to the internet. would rather just have the information complied into the app or just go to the website.
