Mark is great and did a phenomenal job. Julie however is not so great. She is good at pointing out and acknowledging problems, not so good at correcting them. She does not follow up well . Among several issues. After havving all the paperwork...

Mark helped out tremendously when he provided insight during our initial offer for our home . He was able to explain what can be done later on once rates go down and leave us in a better position for the long haul .
