some key communication errors, delays from under writing that should have not been delays, no 'filtering' process between under writers and client.

Shad went above and beyond for us. stayed in contact every step of the way and kept the process moving forward very responsive and helpful whenever we had problems or questions and made she we landed in our dream home.
