Easy to follow process.
Very professional and helpful.
Fast response to my inquiries. I liked the customer portal to see each step of the loan process. It was a very easy and fast process. Mark Poynter and Vincent Burr are professional and helped the process to go smoothly.
Good turnaround on all points. I would suggest more explanation to borrower on the property tax feature. Otherwise very good service.
