Mark was very helpful with our loan application
Note communication via phone. It seemed the dominant way to I got information or a response a response Was email. I know that’s the “modem way” but not all of us live in front of our computer.
This is the 4 or 5th loan Mark and his team have completed for me. Great service easy to access 24/7. The closing is done at you house.

Very courteous and professional but the timing to get the interest rate locked is unacceptable to me it was very costly adding to the loan fees plus the process took too long to get it closed having to make another mortgage payment !
