Mark took the time to go over the contract with us in detail over the phone. Was patient when we didn't understand certain parts of the contract and did everything in a promptly manner.
Mark was great! He was always available to quickly address any concerns or questions. The refinancing was quick and easy.

This is the second mortgage I worked with Mark on and each time he made sure to explain all options/what was happening every step of the way . Buying a home/refinancing can be overwhelming so I'm glad I had Mark on my side!
