We purchased a home during Covid and there were a lot of delays and things undeliverable. Caliber made sure our anxiety was low and would communicate about the steps with our loan and rate lock!
Our loan consultant was generally responsive, but he also seemed very busy and phone conversations appeared rushed at times.
As a first time home buyer I had many questions and Mark was able to answer everything in a timely manner.
Mark was responsive and provided great advice and guidance.
Better and more explicit communication of loan documents, number changes, and signing timeframes for a first time homebuyer.
Mark was the best. He was very patient and thorough.
