The information was not disclosed to buyer in an accurate manner or time. Staff did not meet time deadlines. Explanations of changes were not given.
Very easy process, everything was well communicated. Best rate for the current market I could find, closed ahead of schedule which was perfect for giving us time to clean and paint our new house before we moved in!
