Very informative, made process easy to decide mortgage rate & term

Not a lot of communication regarding due dates. On our closing date, documents were sent at 3am.
Christine helped guide us. However, your underwriters are too focused on the form. They need some more common sense. They got hung up on things that were overkill and not really needed.
