Each person who took care of us did so quickly and with efficient respect
Everyone I dealt with through the process was very on top of their game. I was constantly updated with status and whenever I had a question on any part of the process, it was answered promptly and confidently. Very good team!

Enjoyed working with the staff and counterparts during the refinance of our home. Everyone was gracious, professional and patient. The process went smooth without a hitch and I am very appreciative.
Mark was professional, informative, and easy to talk with.
I was not an easy customer and backed out of the original agreement. Mark's customer service is the best, and he stayed with me despite how difficult I made things for him and his team.
Throughout the covid pandemic, the Herbold team remained focused to help me get my home refinanced getting me the best deal possible!
