Good communication, Mark accepting our meeting well after business hours, patient with all our never ending questions.
Mark and his team were friendly, fast, and communicated well. Made the lending process easy.
Mark, Jamie, and Ashley(?), Mark’s assistant, were very informative, understanding, and nice. They made the experience much less stressful. I would certainly recommend them. And they were very prompt with their communications!
The whole process was made so easy and the communication was great. This was our second experience with Mark and First United, and we would definitely use them again!
Mark was very thorough in explaining the refinance process to me. He was very kind and honest with me about if it was worth refinancing or not and if I had any questions he would get back with me in a timely manner.
