Informative. Puts the customer first. Made the stressful loan process smooth.
Mark answered all question that we had during the whole process. He was quick to answer questions, within hours. Mark checked up on us many times without us having to contact him first.

Mark was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. He made the process easy and quick. Would use him again.
Really want not Mark. He tried to recover from Doug Ogburn’s mismanagement of my refi. As a result my rate ended up as a 3% for 15 years versus the agreement (signed) of 2.25%. Very unhappy with First United.
