Mark and his staff did a great job communicating with us during the entire process of obtaining a new loan for our new home.
Employees that know what they are doing and communicate. I called and emailed you Mark Hattler more than once without any response. Extremely poor customer service.
Didn't like how long it took to approve the loan. The loan was 100k on a 370k property. We supplied 3yr tax records and bank statements that showed we didn't have to borrow if we didn't want to. We have excellent credit. Just thought the process...

He was very helpful when we were having technical difficulties with the eSign stuff.
We had continual technical problems trying to electronically sign documents. Curtis could sign but Candi was never able to using the process we were given by email. This happened every time, then DocuSign would finally be used. Very, very frustrating!...
