Did an excellent job!
Good service.
Not sure 7,000 in closing costs justifies saving 1/2 percent. It will take a considerable amount of time/payments to make that up.

Mario is very easy to communicate with. He quickly returns any emails/phone calls that I might have. He is also always willing to answer any questions that come up during the loan process.

Seemed to be a lot of sending of proof of funds and proof of money. Too many credit checks, seemed to be a lack of trust.
