Congratulations on your excellent credit and super high 840 FICO scores! you can get approved for almost anything with that score.
Mario was highly professional. I was a 1st time home buyer, very nervous, but Mario made the experience very stress free. He knows exactly what he is doing. It made process very pleasant. You won't be disappointed.
