The experience was fine overall. There were a few times that I had to reach out for information (I was never told when my appraisal happened, other things of that sort)
Everyone I had to deal with in this refinance was very helping!! When I had a question they were quick to reply.
Great experience. Mario made sure to be available at all times, clearly communicated what he needed from us and was more than happy to answer all of my dumb questions about the specifics of the loan.
Mario was super helpful and made this process way easier for us! He was quick to respond to our questions and helped us close on time!
Mario and team were communicative and accommodating. I think my loan may have been a little more complex than expected but we worked through it.
