Not bad about the loan originator.
I have had a great experience intially as well as during my refinance. My loan officer (Ryan Donovan) kept in constant contact, provided reminders, and checked rates and in with me consistently on rates for refinancing.
Excellent, always had an answer for us in a timely manner. The entire process was smooth.
