Communication, prompt response and courtesy
Since we had a complicated loan, I really appreciate the communication we received and how much effort was put into getting us our first home.
Maria and Jordan know their space! Talking with her competitors it was clear Maria is an expert in the area of mortgages. I was blown away at the lack of education of her competitors.
Maria and team were very communicative, provided detailed information and let us fully understand and gain comfort with the process. We met with several lenders in the process and they were exceptional in the service and product offered.
