Sold a home, but it took longer than expected, so did not get close to asking price. I think my idea of staging at the start would have helped sooner than later.

Marcia was not only very responsive concerning my questions, she sold my house within 48 hours for more than the asking price. I would recommend her to anyone who asked me.

Raised in a medical and business-minded family in the Dutch town of Pella, Iowa, Marcia graduated from Central College with a BS in Chemistry. Beginning her career as a Research Chemist at Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Lincoln, Nebraska she was quickly promoted to management in the team environment and honed her customer service skills leading the Quality Control department.
