Smooth process, had a lot of fun! Enjoyed working with Marcia who had tons of experience in the area. Would recommend to any and all. Helped us sell our home fast without any hiccups along the way.

Marcia is truly an expert in the business! There were a number of things that she noticed when we were looking & selling, she knew the extra steps that were needed for rural homes, the timeline expectations, and had wonderful insight for negotiations!!...

We just completed our second full transaction with Marcia's assistance since 2017, although she's patiently shown us numerous properties through the years. All the adjectives we'd need to describe our relationship with Marcia would fill a good-sized...

J&J - Thank you so much for this kind review! Working with you over the years has been such a joy—from the first transaction back in 2017 to your recent condo purchase and all the property tours in between. I truly value the trust you’ve placed...

Marcia was great to work with from start to finish, I live in a different state and needed to sell my late mother's property, this process was completed without hassle and without me having to return to Rochester. There was zero pressure from...

She is stellar! So easy to work with and on top of the real estate game! She is always available, prompt and willing to go above and beyond to seal the deal! I would recommend her 100%! She provides her cell and communicates via call, text...

Marcia has helped us with three real estate transactions. She is absolutely wonderful...warm, friendly and down-to-earth, yet very professional and has excellent knowledge of the real estate market. Buying and selling properties can be very...

My experience with Marcia, could not have been better. This is the second time Marcia has helped me find a home. She is amazing--helpful, compassionate, knows what she is doing and doesn't pressure the buyer in the least. It took months for...
