Marcee is great to work with!
It was obvious that Freedom was not fully prepared to take over NYCB customers and provide them with the level of customer service that NYCB provided.
We began using Freedom after the buyout of NYCB. It appears that Freedom was not prepared to offer the same customer service that NYCB provided to their clients. At times, I felt like Freedom was working against me, the client.
