The level of access to Mackenzie is the greatest benefit. She readily responded and was available vie email and phone, as needed. Being able to reach out with questions during the process and having quick responses was excellent.
Easy to talk to. Mackenzie was really professional and explained everything in great detail. The whole experience was awesome from start to finish.
