Mackenzie was with me every step of the way and made a stressful, challenging process very easy to navigate. Top notch communication and she took the time to answer my many questions and explain everything as we went.

The level of access to Mackenzie is the greatest benefit. She readily responded and was available vie email and phone, as needed. Being able to reach out with questions during the process and having quick responses was excellent.
