We were in a time crunch due to unforeseen circumstances. Lynsey and her staff were great to work with and took care of things very expediently. We are very happy that we turned to Lynsey for our mortgage needs.
Appreciated the availability of everyone on staff at Highlands. I felt that Highlands was our partner in wanting us to succeed in this important experience. Even tho ours was a relatively small loan, we were treated like kings!
