Smooth process. User friendly portal. Good team
It was great over all. Only towards the end when there was a compliance error and it took all day to get it fixed, that was the only frustrating part of this loan.

Common sense underwriting, great support, quick turnaround times! I have no complaints!
Getting the file reviewed in UW, clearing conditions, communication with the Acct Manager is great. The only thing that made it a little sour was the Underwriter making the mistake that we needed a 2nd Appraisal. Everything else was great....
