You need the find a better way on than on the IRS website it was bad
this is a long pocess that does not need to be this way
It was just ok. I don't have enough knowledge to know what was happening and the whole loan process's and fees constantly changing was confusing and in the end, the amount I thought I was getting back turned out to be A Lot less.
Lynn and her team were very patient with me. I have not been through this process in quite a long time and they alleviated the stress by explaining each part of the process.
The level of knowledge displayed by this team is phenomenal. Everyone involved went above and beyond to make sure we walked away happy 😊
