Lynn was always there when I needed her, no matter the time of the day or the day of the week! She was truly exceptional and I am thankful she was my loan officer, especially since I'm a first time buyer and I needed some hand-holding!
Good communication
Lynn has been fantastic in working out this deal for us. She has been always on top of things and very prompt to respond back and discuss clarify any questions. She always works for the best of her clients and put client first.
I was very pleased with the quick response time of Lynn. She immediately responded by phone, text or email each time I had a question or needed assistance.
The Loan Processor was very informative and helpful in navigating the process.
