Luis and Luz made the elaborate process of obtaining a loan for a condo, much simpler and helped every step of the way to get the loan fully completed.

The communication of what documents or what was ineeded to keep everything moving forward . Started slowing down toward the end right before closing. But was able to close on the day it was scheduled...so that was great
I am sure it’s not necessarily luiz’s fault but the process of providing all the information needed was a major headache and some of the items that were asked for seemed very unnecessary.
