Lorne just gets things done. We were under contract for an out of state property as of Sunday April 10th and closed on May 6th, not really much more to be said!

Very understanding of work schedule and other problems

The whole process was a little long. But, overall in the end it worked out. And we finally got what we needed in the whole mess we had to deal with (outside of Embrace). Thank you to Lorne and Embrace for being willing to work with us!

The loan was more complicated than the average application. Lorne helped me navigate the challenges and delivered on his promises. His patience, anticipation, and perseverance are the only reason that we reached our goal.
