Answered all our questions. Always friendly. Made the process simple.
Both Lori and Jennifer were great at communicating and staying on top of things.
Lori Lee communicated well with us and was available to answer any questions that we had.
Easy and fast communication.
Any time I called, even after normal work hours Lori would answer or text me back as a form of communication. Also, last second I requested a change on the loan and she worked overtime to make that happen.
The insurance companies provided by planet home lending never ended up working I had to go and find my own insurance agent. Even with me finding them they weren't contacted properly about closing dates and such. My wife and I were lost about...
