All of the questions I had I got answered right away. Very smooth process and not at all like some horror stories you hear about the process that some people have to go through.

Lori Hiscock from Hiscock did a wonderful job with our loan. Apic process was super easy and fast no surprises at closing. We would definitely use Ruoff again and Lori as well if possible we highly recommend them!
