Overall, experience was great. Great communication and very quick process overall. Home buying can be a stressful process but Lori's quick communication and overall process knowledge put the mortgage process at ease for us.

We worked with Lori before when we bought the house. Her and Barbara Dodd made that experience less stressful. Working with Lori again was a piece of cake. Very helpful and kept us informed. I always refer Lori and Ruoff.
