Lori was extremely quick with alk tasks right up to closing. Her communication was clear and she was helpful at all times (even when she was on vacation!)

Fast answers by Lori. Although Ruoff loan buttles was through and easy to navigate, it was a little slow.

Lori explored every avenue to get me the best experience possible. Lori made me feel like a priority and directly answered all of my questions. I highly recommend her!
