Thank you for the kind words! And yes, unfortunately some programs do have higher closing costs (such as FHA). But it is still a great option for some situations!
They were to the point and got us into our house quickly:) it was wonderful. He got us the best options with what we had available. He was easy to get a hold of and helped in many manners. Thank you Marshall!!!!
