Although we didn’t use Marshal. (We got a better rate with the builder) he and his team were awesome and Attentive. We hope to use them next time. I would recommend Marshal to anyone.

Thank you for the kind words, Alex! We can USUALLY match (or beat) the builders rates. However, they had some year end special on their spec homes. We will stay in contact for the future!
