Everyone we talked with are dealt with during the loan process was great. Very knowledgeable, very easy to get along with and very very helpful. Sometimes I ask some stupid questions, but they were right there answering those stupid questions....

Process was pretty simple, communication was excellent and proactive, and the online tool to upload documents was easy touse. One less than great feature with the system was the incorrect "missing documents" emails and texts that came daily....

Felt rushed at times. We likely would've ended up with same 30 yr mortgage but not positive we actually discussed a 15 yr rate. Given current rates will likely refinance in the future anyways.
