Lisa was great in her response to questions. The underwriting process could have been better. The final approval didn't even show my salary information. This is a no brainer, very low risk loan.

Review of documents provided went down to last minute. Sat in closing for 2 hours, then could not close until later in day because of a glitch with homeowner insurance that shoils have been caught a week before. Very frustrating.
