The only time I was asked for a duplicate document seems to have been a home insurance provider issue where they didn't supply the requested document so I had to re-request it.
Lisa was great to work with! Even with all the craziness from Covid-19 and the NH housing market she was always very responsive and understanding. We would definitely work with her again!
