She communicated with me through the whole process and was able to move up the closing by almost two weeks, because she guided the buyers of the loan programs and the documents needed right from the start.
Lindsey is always in touch with you as the loan process develops and she responds very quickly to emails and messages. She is very knowledgeable about the loan process and we feel confident that we got the best service possible.
