It would be nice to have a better communication during the transaction and also stay on top of Contingency deadlines. We were late for our Loan Commitment Contingency. Other than that, everything else is OK.

Hi Say - sorry to hear you feel we were not good on communication. The loan commitment was sent out on time, I did not know you had not received and once you said something I resent it.
