WE MADE CHANGES TO HELP THE BUYER SAVE MONEY AND WE HAD TO ALL JUMP THROUGH LOTS OF HOOPS TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. GETTING TO THE CLOSING TABLE SHOWS HARD WORK AND A NEVER GIVE UP ATTITUDE. THANK YOU LETTY

This was definitely a unique buyer but we kept focused and concord ALL THE OBSTACLES IN OUR WAY.. WE MADE IT TO THE CLOSING TABLE WITH A HAPPY BUYER. SO HAPPY FOR HER AND HER SWEET FAMILY.

Letty is amazing! We were clear to close a week before our sceduled close date, even with a holiday thrown into the mix. Communication was on point. Easiest closing ever from a lending perspective!
