Underwriter was unorganized
We just had problem after problem. It was one of those one in a million things. Leslie did a GREAT JOB for us throughout the whole ordeal.

Leslie’s availability and patience to explain everything as well as her guidance. I felt comfortable trusting that I was in good hands.
