Leslie was excellent on staying on too of the things that needed to be done. She was great at keeping the lines of communication open. She made herself available even when off the clock & answered all of our questions.

Leslie Chappel was my loan officer in a re-finance of my mortgage . Leslie guided me through the process with frequent updates and explanations of the paperwork . She made me feel like I had a personal advocate at the mortgage company .
