Professionalism and Timeliness

I had problems with followup and in the long run and the delays and misunderstandings and failure to listen delayed closing.otherwise,ok

It would have been nice if I didn’t have to follow up with questions I asked. I felt pushed aside once I was at the point of no return and couldn’t back out from them. As a first time buyer I felt kept in the dark.

I had more communication with Martha in escrow than anyone else. Had to email and ask if I recorded. I have never spoken to Lee. Ever. Where is my closing statement?
