    There were issues on paperwork that could not be corrected without starting the whole process over. We were not comfortable signing documents that were not to our satisfaction. The system should let documents be edited so we are esigning correct...

    Lauren was very friendly and helpful along the way and did all she could to help me get my loan refinanced how I wanted it. A genuinely sweet and helping person through the whole process both times.

    Lauren made the whole re-finance process so easy! She explained all of the steps along the way and was able to answer any questions I had. We were able to drop our interest rate by a whole percentage point! Would definitely and highly recommend....
