Lauren did a great job and kept me up-to-speed on the buyer’s mortgage with regular weekly messages. I was the seller’s Realtor and was able to give him confidence that we would close as scheduled because of Lauren’s expertise.
I represented the seller, and Lauren kept me updated weekly on the progress of the buyer’s loan. I always knew the status and could share it with the seller - giving him confidence that we would close on time as expected.
You'll never be in the dark when you work with Lauren Foster and Guild...they provide updates throughout the process and are so professional.
Updates that are quick and concise and always before I start to wonder how something is going....I never have to worry when I work with Guild.
