Process the underwriting sooner than the Thursday before close. To my understanding that was unusual but it added a lot of stress
Lauren Foster and Her team was amazing. We felt like they were very understanding, The communication was awesome. The process was a breeze and the rates at the time was great, We will be using them in the future
